Dispatch Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dispatch Team Lead to work in our clients extensive manufacturing and warehouse facility in Deeside on DAYS. Responsibilities Dispatch Team Lead : Coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations Ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods Heavy lifting including moving stock around the warehouse area and to different departments. Conduct regular quality checks Maintain a clean and tidy work area Qualifications for the Dispatch Team Lead role: Experience of working within a busy Warehouse/ Dispatch environment-ESSENTIAL Experience of managing small team -ESSENTIAL Hands-on experience in warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping. FLT licence - -ADVANTAGEOUS Knowledge of inventory control and stock management. Experience with inventory scanning tools and dispatch software. Familiarity with dispatch processes, routing, and delivery schedules.
