Dispatch Operative

Position: Dispatch OperativeSalary: 13.20 - 14.88 per hourLocation: Kempston Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Operative to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Kempston. Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Dispatch Operative to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the Site''s function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.You will be responsible for:Key Responsibilities:Booking in and out of goods/materialsDispatch and logistics administrationAccurately packing and shipping of ordersIdentify stock that is in the wrong location and escalate as required ensure stock levels are controlled throughout the operationPicking items for productionLoading and unloading manuallyKey Skills/Experience:Previous dispatch/logistics experience preferably within manufacturingHappy with physical/manual based workAttention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPositive attitudeAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work as a member of a small teamAble to start work ASAP Additional Info:Hours: 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to FridayStart Date: ASAP following interview process If you are interested in this position, please apply with a copy of your CV and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the opportunity with you in further detail.
