Dispatch Operative with Counterbalance FLT Pay Rate: 14.45 per hour Contract: Temporary ongoing with a view to permanent employment Location: Shotts, North Lanarkshire Start Date: Immediate starts available Manpower Scotland is currently recruiting for a Dispatch Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence on behalf of one of our established food production clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy dispatch operation where you will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately checked, processed and prepared for distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for stock movements, dispatch administration and forklift operations within a fast-paced food production environment. Working Pattern Wednesday to Saturday Weekly ongoing work Overtime available 1.5x pay after 40 hours worked Double time on Sundays The Role Working within the Despatch Department, you will be responsible for ensuring finished products are accurately processed and prepared for delivery, maintaining stock accuracy and supporting the smooth operation of warehouse and logistics activities.
