We are looking for a strong people manager to start a new role as a Dispatch Manager within a small, niche distribution centre near Lutterworth.
This is a role where you will take ownership of the dispatch department, supervise a small team, and be responsible for its development, training, and overall improvement of standards.
Product knowledge can be taught, but strong people skills are essential. This is a very hands-on role within a small warehouse.
The hours are a fixed, pleasant day shift. You will have plenty of support from a great HR department, and this is a role that you can truly make your own.
