Dispatch Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Dispatch Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our clients busy warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The successful Dispatch Administrator will be responsible for: Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels Process incoming and outgoing shipments using internal systems Liaise with warehouse staff and logistics teams to ensure timely despatch Prepare delivery documentation and labels Monitor and update spreadsheets and databases Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally Support Health and Safety compliance and reporting Assist with general warehouse administrative duties as required Requirements: Previous experience in warehouse or logistics administration preferred Strong IT skills including warehouse management systems Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working hours (35 per week): Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 Interviews are to be held as soon as possible for the Dispatch Administrator/Warehouse Administrator vacancy - please apply now. ..... full job details .....
