The role involves coordinating shipping activities, preparing documentation, supporting production operations, and assisting in meeting customer delivery requirements. Key Responsibilities Dispatch & Shipping Arrange and book parcel and pallet deliveries for UK and international destinations via phone, email, or courier portals. Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Create and maintain accurate shipping documentation. Produce packing lists and export documentation where required. Generate manual invoices for export orders. Create barcode labels using Wasp Barcode software. Provide shipping quotes and delivery updates to the sales team. Track shipments and provide tracking references to relevant personnel.
