Using advanced simulation techniques, you will analyse and optimise manufacturing and logistics processes to drive efficiency, improve throughput, and support strategic decision-making.   Key Responsibilities       Develop and implement-Discrete Event Simulation models-using-Witness-to optimize automotive production processes.       Conduct-bottleneck analysis-and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency.       Determine-buffer size requirements-and assess the impact of different model derivative mixes on production flow.       Perform-volume throughput increase studies-and evaluate system "what-if" scenarios.       Ensure-process adherence to vehicle derivative sequencing-and build-to-sequence rules.       Optimize-material flows and logistics, including:         Onsite material movements (lineside deliveries, marketplace transfers).
