Working closely with Occupational Therapists, residents, contractors and other stakeholders, you will ensure adaptations are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with current legislation. You will carry out property inspections, prepare schedules of work and specifications, monitor adaptation works, assess grant eligibility and financial means tests, and ensure projects meet the required standards.
