Key Responsibilities Manage workplace adjustment requests and ensure a smooth process for employees. Coordinate the rollout of the service across multiple locations. Work with HR teams, managers and external suppliers. Manage communications, service information and reporting. Improve processes and promote disability inclusion across the organisation. Requirements Experience in HR, employee experience, project management or service delivery. Understanding of workplace accessibility and disability inclusion.
