Disability Assessor – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists
£37,500 - £42,000 + bonus scheme and benefits
Essential Criteria:
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC/HCPC registration required).
- Minimum of one years’ post-registration clinical experience.
- Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
- Experience working with complex health conditions
Location: Gloucester
Hybrid roles available across south England. If you live more than 60 minutes away from an office there may be the option to work primarily remotely.
Full Time (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)

- Conduct Assessments: Evaluate claimants'' health and/or work capabilities via phone and face-to-face assessments.
- Review Evidence: analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
- Compile Reports: Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
- Interview claimants to understand their health conditions and daily challenges.
- Review medical records and write comprehensive reports.
- Provide recommendations based on thorough assessments.
