This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in enabling disabled and neurodivergent students to thrive within a creative and dynamic higher education environment. Working within a small, specialist Disability Service based in the Student Centre, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Student Advice and Counselling to deliver coordinated, student-centered support across all programmes of study. The service is committed to inclusive practice, early intervention, and supporting students to access learning on an equitable basis. About the role This is a varied and rewarding role combining disability advisory work with specialist one-to-one ASD mentoring. You will manage a diverse caseload, coordinate reasonable adjustments, and provide tailored, non-clinical mentoring support for autistic students, helping them develop practical strategies for independent learning and navigating university life. You will also work collaboratively across the institution to reduce barriers to learning, promote inclusive practice, and support compliance with the Equality Act 2010.
