Job Title: Disability Adviser (Temporary) Location: Liverpool Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing About the Role Randstad Student Support is recruiting a temporary Disability Adviser to join the supportive Student Wellbeing and Disability Service at a world-class performing arts institution. In this role, you will provide specialist advice, guidance, and practical support to disabled students, helping dismantle barriers to learning, assessment, and the wider student experience. You will work closely with current and prospective students to assess individual needs, create tailored Student Support Documents, and ensure reasonable adjustments are effectively implemented under the Equality Act 2010. Key Responsibilities - Student Advice and Support: Conduct confidential meetings with students to explore the impact of their condition, develop and review Student Support Documents, and signpost to internal/external services. Provide pre-enrolment advice and represent the service at Open Days and induction events. -Reasonable Adjustments: Assess adjustment requests in line with institutional policy and legislation. Liaise directly with academic staff to advise on practical, confidential implementations and escalate high-risk cases when needed. -DSA Support: Assist students with Disabled Students'' Allowance (DSA) applications and evidence gathering.
