We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Brand and Reputation team as a Director or Senior Director, leading strategic advisory projects, providing counsel on complex issues and reputation management, helping to shape the wider team and drive the development of the business.Responsibilities

Develop communications plans that build and preserve stakeholder confidence in organisations and their leadersLead integrated client teams to deliver these plans, taking on leadership, operational and coaching responsibilities across the wider agencyProvide sophisticated counsel to senior clients on urgent issues and complex communications challengesInstil best practice client management across the team; take responsibility for building relationships with senior client contactsIdentify and respond to opportunities for organic growth across client baseResponsible for growing existing and winning new business, leading on pitches, and networking for leads.Act as an integral part of the client’s strategic advisory team providing senior counsel and strategic guidance across a range of accountsGenerate new business opportunities and increase organic revenue opportunitiesUndertake responsibilities as a senior member of the Brand and Reputation team, including line management, supporting training and development, marketing and helping shape the strategic direction of the practiceWhat you will need

Have a proven track record at Director level or equivalentHave the confidence and gravitas to advise senior clients and business leaders on complex challengeHave the ability to lead accounts, overseeing teams delivering project and retainer workHave crisis communications experience – both preparing clients to manage emerging issues and advising them during an incidentBe ambitious: genuinely excited to work with the team to continue to evolve the corporate and crisis communications offerHave a deep understanding of the UK business media landscapeBe highly organised: this person will be relied upon to run busy, integrated accounts and ensure the team are delivering effectively and efficientlyBe a team player: great interpersonal skills, and someone who brings a sense of fun to their workAnd in return
