to lead our financial operations in a high-growth scaleup environment. within 12-18 months, expanding responsibilities to include

Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA) , budgeting, forecasting, and broader strategic initiatives. Candidates with 3+ years of FPandA experience may be considered for the VP of Finance level from the outset, depending on their qualifications and fit.Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), reconciliations, and cash flow optimization.Ensure regulatory compliance.Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and analyses to support executive decision-making.Lead audits (internal and external), coordinating with auditors and resolving any issues efficiently.Manage tax compliance, including filings, provisions and strategies.Handle treasury functions, such as cash management, banking relationships, investments, and risk mitigation.Build and run a lean finance team (under 10 people), leveraging automation and AI tools to keep overhead low and drive efficiency.Contribute to strategic projects, such as fundraising or international expansion, with potential to take on FPandA responsibilities.Requirements

5+ years of post-qualification experience in a Finance Manager / Financial Controller or equivalent managerial role in finance.2+ years of experience hiring and managing finance teams.(Optional) 3+ years of FPandA experience (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) for immediate consideration at VP level.Bachelor\''s degree from a top university in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience in international or multi-entity environments, including handling cross-border compliance, currency management, and global reporting.What we Offer
