Description Lead Technology MandA engagements across due diligence, integration and separation programmes Manage complex transaction projects from strategy through execution Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and investment stakeholders Identify business development opportunities and convert them into new engagements Lead proposal development and support growth within the Technology MandA Advisory market Provide strategic advice on technology operating models, cloud, digital and cyber initiatives Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams Ensure delivery quality, commercial ..... full job details .....
