Director Technology Innovation (Real Estate)

A highly successful property investment business is looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced person from the real estate sector to lead the technology innovation for their student accommodation/PBSA division. The division is set to go live for the September 2027 student intake.

Working collaboratively with the other divisional leaders you will be responsible for setting the IT strategy that will bring this new operational platform to life. The role will involve managing all the hardware and software to enable the marketing and promotion of the brand, the booking systems, tenant apps and devising the operating platform. You will have a very healthy budget and all the resources necessary to ensure you create a truly unique and inspiring customer journey.
