Director - Structured Derivatives Product ControlLocation: LondonSalary: 130,000 - 150,000 base + bonus + benefitsEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeThe OpportunityWe are working with a leading global financial services organisation to recruit a Director within its Product Control function, supporting a growing and highly sophisticated Structured Products and Derivatives business.This is a senior, high-profile opportunity offering significant exposure to Front Office, Risk, Valuations and Finance leadership, with responsibility for ensuring robust financial control, accurate PandL reporting and the delivery of key Finance transformation initiatives.The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise across Structured Derivatives, ideally Structured Equities, alongside the commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills required to operate effectively at Director level.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn daily PandL production, reconciliation and control processes across Structured Derivatives and Solutions products, ensuring accurate reporting of PandL and Greeks.Partner closely with Front Office, Risk and Valuations teams to review and validate valuation adjustments, including CVA, DVA, FVA and Bid/Offer.Analyse desk profitability, cost allocations and overall business performance, providing meaningful commercial insight to senior management.Oversee month-end accounting adjustments relating to OTC derivatives and Structured Notes, ensuring accurate financial ..... full job details .....
