Our teams bring scientific expertise and consulting rigour to help shape strategy, accelerate development, and unlock long-term value.About The RoleAs a Director within the Strategy Consulting team, you will lead high-impact client engagements, shape strategic thinking across therapeutic areas, and drive business growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead multi-stream project teams, and contribute to the development of Lucid’s consulting offering and intellectual capital.Key Responsibilities

Lead complex strategic consulting engagements across RandD, commercial, and corporate functionsServe as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term relationship growthProvide thought leadership on key industry trends and contribute to the development of proprietary frameworksGuide and mentor high-performing project teams, supporting capability development and performance managementContribute to business development, including proposal leadership, client targeting, and account planningSupport the evolution of the Strategy Consulting offer, including service innovation and marketingWhat We’re Looking For

Minimum 12 years’ experience in a strategy consulting firm within the life sciences sectorProven track record of leading high-value engagements across therapeutic and functional areasDeep understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape and drivers of value creationStrong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams and senior client relationshipsExceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsDegree in life sciences or related discipline (advanced degree preferred)Benefits Of Working With Us
