Director of Transformation and People

to help steer its next chapter of growth and innovation. This is not your typical Transformation or HR leadership role. It’s a strategic, cross-functional position that blends people, technology, and transformation into one powerful mandate. You’ll be a key member of the executive team, working directly with the CEO to drive enterprise wide change, shape organisational design, drive integration, and leverage technology to embed a culture of performance and agility.

What You’ll Lead:

Transformation and Change

Drive enterprise-wide change, post-acquisition integration, and operating model redesign.Lead cross-functional programmes that boost agility, scalability, and delivery.Embed governance and performance frameworks that keep transformation on track.People and Organisation

Craft and execute a people strategy that supports growth, culture, and capability.Lead succession planning, talent development, and workforce design.Build scalable, tech-enabled systems and embed values into every employee touchpoint.Technology and Digital Enablement

Oversee systems strategy, including cybersecurity and infrastructure.Champion AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance performance and experience.Collaborate with tech leadership to prioritise investment in data and operational systems.Integration and Growth Enablement

Lead people and systems workstreams in MandA integration.Drive alignment across teams and sites through structured change management.Ensure new capabilities are rapidly enabled and embedded.What Success Looks Like:

Experience

Strategic transformation expertise, ideally with consulting roots.Experience in asset-intensive, high-change sectors (e.g., energy, infrastructure).Interest in people, talent, and organisational effectiveness.Comfortable applying AI and digital platforms to business challenges.Experience leading integration and complex change initiatives.Attributes
