Director of Transformation - Local Authority

My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Director of Transformation on a Contract basis. The role will lead and deliver the Council''s corporate transformation agenda, ensuring the organisation is financially sustainable, digitally enabled, resident-focused and outcome-driven. About the role: Based in London (Hybrid - flexible): Develop and deliver a comprehensive Transformation Strategy aligned to the Corporate Strategy and MTFS.Ensure that the Chief Executive, Cabinet and Corporate Management Team are supported to transform the organisation, using an array of programme and innovation tools to deliver, measure progress and realise benefits to the council and communities.Ensure transformation programmes support the Council''s priorities including prevention, climate resilience, equality and inclusive growth.Lead redesign of services to improve outcomes, reduce demand, and deliver sustainable savings.About you: You will have the following experiences:Recent experience in Local Government (in the last 3-5 years)Continuous experience at Director of Change or Transformation level.Exceptionally strong stakeholder engagement skills.Local Authority experience is essentialWhat''s on offer:Salary: 900+ per day, inside IR35Hybrid WorkingContract type: ContractHours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible ..... full job details .....
