The successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects, developing client relationships, supporting the growth of the Cardiff office and contributing to the wider strategic direction of the business.The RoleAs Director of Planning, you will:Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects across the UK.Provide high-level strategic and commercially focused planning advice to clients.Take responsibility for complex planning applications, appeals and strategic planning matters.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Lead business development activities and identify new opportunities.Help develop and grow the Cardiff planning team.Mentor, support and develop junior and senior members of the team.Play an active role in recruitment, team development and succession planning.Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.Contribute to the wider strategic growth and success of the consultancy.Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.About YouWe are looking for an experienced planning professional who ..... full job details .....
