Your new role
You will shape and drive the organisation''s long-term direction, leading strategic planning, transformation, digital innovation, data and technology functions to deliver meaningful outcomes across the charity. You will oversee major change initiatives, champion the adoption of emerging technologies including AI, and ensure systems, governance and performance frameworks enable sustainable growth and impact.

What you''ll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading organisation-wide strategy, transformation and change programmes.
• Strong leadership across digital, data, technology and business planning functions.
• Experience delivering complex transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence and advise executive stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of digital innovation, AI and technology strategy.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience building high-performing teams.
