We already have a strong project management foundation. What we need now is a technically credible leader who can bring authority, structure, and confidence to the delivery of complex integrations and platform evolution, someone who can connect strategy to execution and raise the bar for technical delivery across the Group. You ll operate at the heart of Wilmington s technology agenda, working closely with Managing Directors and senior leaders to guide acquired businesses onto a scalable, future-ready platform. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys challenge, influence, and ownership. This is not a requirements-taking role.
