Director, Technical Consulting Services – Workday AI and Integration LeadRemote, UK-Based | Up to £140k base + bonusWe’re partnered with a global consultancy seeking a Director to lead their Technical Consulting Services across EMEA. This high-impact leadership role requires deep expertise in the Workday ecosystem (Integrations, Data, Reporting, Prism, Extend) and the ability to build a tech Centre of Excellence centered around AI.This role is strategic and forward-looking, focusing on innovation rather than maintenance.Why this role?Innovation focus : Central to this role are Workday Illuminate, native AI, and automation. You will own the roadmap for these technologies.Leadership scope : Manage and mentor a senior technical team across EMEA, with direct influence on global decisions.Shape the future : Establish tooling frameworks, improve efficiency, and enhance delivery across multiple workstreams.Trusted partner to sales : Engage in pre-sales activities, RFPs, and SOWs, influencing how the company wins and delivers projects.What you’ll bring7–10+ years of proven experience in Workday technical consulting, including hands-on expertise with:Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, and reporting toolsExperience with Workday AI capabilities, including Illuminate and RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)Leadership skills that balance execution and innovation, with the ability to manage remotely and inspire across cultures.Experience in pre-sales and delivery, including RFPs, estimations, and solution ..... full job details .....
