Software and Cloud Services Director

to oversee and elevate our UK portfolio.In this pivotal role, you will report to the Managing Director - Software and Security and lead the software and cloud services agenda - spanning IT Asset Management (ITAM), FinOps, Enterprise Service Management (DAP), and pre-sales delivery strategy. Your mission: to deliver innovative, scalable, and commercially successful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise clients.Role Overview

Drive strategy, innovation, and operational excellence across software and cloud services portfolio.

Lead cross-functional teams including Software Solution Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Service Management functions.

Own the end-to-end delivery and development of ITAM, FinOps, DAP, and software solution initiatives.

Build deep partnerships with leading software vendors and ecosystem partners to enhance go-to-market execution.

Oversee service quality, margin optimisation, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Inspire, coach, and lead high-performing teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy and Vision:

Define long-term strategies to stay ahead of market trends and ensure technical alignment with business goals.

Innovation and RandD:

Champion research and development to continually evolve and improve software and services offerings.

Go-to-Market Leadership:

Develop use-case centric solutions, collaborate with vendors, and ensure successful execution through delivery partners.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee service performance metrics, pipeline acceleration, resource utilization, margin management, and forecasting.

Pre-Sales and Delivery Alignment:

Ensure scalable, consistent solution design and support for complex enterprise deals and delivery.

Customer and Partner Engagement:

Engage directly with C-suite clients and vendors to ensure exceptional outcomes and satisfaction.

Leadership and Culture:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
