We are also proudly part of the INUA Hotel collection - an Irish collection of hotels.A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potentialDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contactsHitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximise profitabilityCreating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, foodand beverage and banquet salesProducing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performanceLeading marketing efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenitiesWhat we need from youBachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent inmarketing or related fieldTwo or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales teamStrong knowledge of local businesses and business trends requiredAn incredible communicator – both written and verbally with a natural ability to build effective relationships.What you can expect from usWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
