SoftBank, Airbnb, and Microsoft .Your RoleAs our Director of Sales, you’ll be at the helm of strategy and execution across corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments—crafting partnerships that go beyond bookings and building a high-performing team that thrives on success.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and deliver robust sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targetsLead, inspire, and mentor a results-driven sales team across all segmentsExpand our client base—engaging with corporates, event organisers, luxury travel agents, and moreCollaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and optimise performanceNegotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and brand alignmentRepresent the hotel at trade events, expos, and key networking functionsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curveReport key insights, forecasts, and KPIs to senior stakeholdersWhat Sets You ApartProven senior-level sales experience in a luxury hotel environmentA track record of smashing revenue targets and building strong client relationshipsStrategic thinker with commercial acumen and adaptabilityOutstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsDeep understanding of MICE, group, and leisure marketsProficiency in CRM and sales performance toolsA degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or similar is preferredFull UK Driving LicenceOur Commitment to YouCompetitive salary with
