Berkeley Scott is partnering with a leading 4-star branded hotel group to recruit a Cluster Director of Sales. This role sits within an established hotel group with international presence and works closely with the Group Director of Sales to drive commercial performance across properties in the Cardiff and Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Develop and implement the sales strategy in alignment with group objectives

• 
  

  Build, manage and grow corporate accounts

• 
  

  Identify and maximise revenue opportunities through proactive and reactive sales activity

• 
  

  Collaborate with the Sales and Events team to achieve commercial targets

• 
  

  Manage RFP processes and support commercial negotiations

• 
  

  Develop and maintain professional relationships within local and regional markets

About the Role / Requirements

• 
  

  Experience in hotel sales at senior level

• 
  

  Previous experience operating at Director of Sales level or equivalent

• 
  

  Experience within a 4-star hotel or similar hospitality environment

• 
  

  Demonstrated success managing corporate accounts and RFP activity

• 
  

  Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills

• 
  

  Knowledge of the Cardiff and Bristol market is beneficial
