Rating Director/Partner

to help lead and grow their Regional and National Rating team.The successful candidate shall join the Rating Department’s leadership teamDealing with rating valuation across the North of England.Contribute to the creation, implementation and delivery of a three-year Rating business plan.Knowledge and ExperienceLeadership and line management experienceStrong track record of business development and client relationship managementExtensive professional experience of working in business ratesProfessional experience of providing technical rating advice across varied sectorsProfessional experience of taking Valuation Tribunal and ideally Upper Tribunal casesProfessional experience of advising major ‘blue chip’ clients and demonstrable ability to lead large complex client instructionsHigh level business and report writing skillsExcellent project management skillsHigh level client management and verbal communication skillsGood external professional network; to support the growth of the Rating teamIn-depth knowledge of Rating legislation and case lawSkills and Personal QualitiesTeam leadership and line management skillsTeam playerHigh level of commercial awareness skillsExcellent selling and negotiation skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and highly ambitious National Rating Department whilst leading a regional team at Director/Partner level.If you wish to apply for this position or obtain further details, then please contact
