Director of Quantity Surveying - London An established independent construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Director of Quantity Surveying to strengthen their London operation and take a leading role within their cost management service. Working across a varied portfolio of development and property projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Director of Quantity Surveying to combine project delivery, client management and wider business leadership. The successful Director of Quantity Surveying will oversee major commissions from initial feasibility and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. Acting as a senior adviser to clients, the Director of Quantity Surveying will provide strategic commercial guidance while ensuring projects are delivered with strong financial control and a consistently high level of professional service. Beyond individual commissions, the Director of Quantity Surveying will contribute to the continued development of the London team. This will include strengthening existing client relationships, generating new opportunities and supporting the development of more junior Quantity Surveyors.
