Location: Edinburgh (60% home-based)

Salary: Up £85,000 + excellent benefits

ICAS is seeking an influential senior leader to shape the future of professional education, qualifications and assessment for one of the world's most respected accountancy bodies.

This is a rare opportunity to influence how future generations of Chartered Accountants develop the technical and professional capabilities required in an evolving global profession.

Overview:

You will lead the strategy, design, development and governance of ICAS qualifications, learning programmes and assessment frameworks, ensuring they remain relevant, innovative and trusted by employers, members and regulators.

What we're looking for:

• Chartered accountancy qualification or equivalent
• Significant experience across qualification strategy & design
• Accomplished & inspiring senior leader

• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks
