In this role, they will help demonstrate Roblox’s value to policymakers, thought-leaders, NGOs, and other key stakeholders. Working with Public Policy leadership and representatives in each market, they will coordinate and build partnerships and policy programs that highlight Roblox’s platform to core policy audiences and collaborate directly with growing in-region teams on shared goals. Their programs will address some of the most complex and emerging global tech policy issues, from social to economic. This includes programs across a range of issue areas such as privacy, safety, digital civility, AI and innovation, the developer economy, job creation, and more.The ideal candidate will be a diligent, results-oriented professional who can function independently in a fast-moving environment and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization. They will be someone who can collaborate effectively, is highly critical and thoughtful about the needs of a particular team member or region, and is happy to be resourceful when necessary. They are adept at understanding complex policy and reputational challenges and thrive in a fluid environment. They are also someone who will represent Roblox externally with intelligence, humility, and grace.
