Who we are looking for:The Director of Professional Services provides leadership, vision, and growth strategy for the Application and Identity Governance Technical Community. Ensures high-quality, profitable service engagements that build a trusted advisor relationship with our clients. Manages key metrics for consulting (utilization, profitability, and revenue growth, customer satisfaction) for the Identity Governance organization.Acts as the point of reporting for all individual contributors throughout the Professional Services organization. The Director of Professional Services is responsible for the care and development of the entire delivery team.Responsibilities:Develop partnerships across other service and domain areasManage a services team of over 10 membersFocus on client satisfaction during service deliveryOversee the team''s engagement schedule and resource utilizationMaintain key sales tools for Application and Identity GovernanceDevelop relationships with vendors and partners within Identity GovernanceBuild relationships across Solution Areas and Practices, including sales leadership. Mentor resources.Ensure the skills and capabilities of the delivery team to maximize quality, performance, and billingTrain and prepare resources to meet customer expectationsHandle personnel performance and escalationsEnhance and streamline product security service offeringsGrow, develop, and retain direct reportsAssist sales in identifying and closing new business opportunitiesQualifications:10+ years in information security and/or professional servicesAt least 8 years in Identity Governance and Administration or Identity and Access Management5+ years in mentoring and managing professional servicesUnderstanding of consulting financial metricsExperience leading delivery projects with successful outcomesDeep knowledge of Application Governance, IAM, User Lifecycle Management, and Data ManagementExperience with Pathlock, SailPoint, and Saviynt solutionsExperience delivering services across industriesOperational experience in building consulting offeringsKnowledge of current cybersecurity trendsStrong communication skillsDesire to mentor and grow individualsExperience in enterprise software or systems integrationClient and partner communication experienceManaging multiple projects experienceExperience in consulting, planning, resource management, and implementation of governance ..... full job details .....
