My client is seeking a Director of Productivity andamp; Collaboration to lead a large-scale enterprise productivity function within a complex global organisation.This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a technically credible professional who can combine technology vision, commercial acumen, and people leadership to drive the future of workplace productivity and collaboration across the business.The successful candidate will oversee a team of between 10-14 professionals, manage significant vendor relationships and software contracts, and shape the roadmap for modern workplace technologies used by thousands of employees globally. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the enterprise Productivity andamp; Collaboration strategy.Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing team of 10-14 direct reports.Own relationships with strategic technology vendors and service providers.Manage software and licensing budgets in the region of £15m-£20m.Drive the adoption and optimisation of modern workplace technologies.Oversee contract negotiations, renewals and commercial governance activities.Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Procurement and Finance.Ensure services remain secure, scalable, cost-effective and aligned to business objectives.Evaluate emerging technologies and develop strategic roadmaps to enhance employee experience and productivity.Technology Skills ..... full job details .....
