You will take ownership of performance marketing strategy at a pivotal moment, driving the shift from aggregator-led acquisition to a multi-product, app-first ecosystem with millions of users. The Role As Director of Performance Marketing, you will set the strategic direction for how the business acquires and grows high-value customers. You will work closely with senior leadership to build confidence in performance marketing as a growth engine.
