Location: CwmbranHybrid Working: Attending the office one or two days per weekContract Type: PermanentSalary: 84,213Hours/days: 37 hours per week (09:00am to 17:00pm with flexibility)Extras: Bron Afon operate a four-day working week - meaning you work 80% but are paid 100%, receiving one day off per week, agreed weekly with the Executive Director. Overview: Bron Afon own and manage over 8,000 homes, supporting 20,000 people. This is a key senior leadership role within the people directorate, giving someone the opportunity to shape Bron Afon''s people agenda, lead cultural change and help drive organisational improvement. Bron Afon are a community-owned social housing organisation with a clear social purpose and a strong commitment to helping communities thrive. Reporting to the Executive Director, you''ll lead HR, learning and development, internal communications and engagement, wellbeing, and EDI. They require a credible senior people leader with strong HR/OD experience, excellent judgement and the ability to lead through change in a complex environment. You would have 4 direct reports, all of whom are at Business Partner level and you would be responsible for a department of 8 staff overall.
