About the Role: As Norwood evolves, we''re looking for a Director to shape and deliver our People and Culture strategy. Blending strategic vision with practical delivery and embedding kindness, respect, empowerment, and belonging in every action. You''ll lead a high-impact People agenda that builds leadership capability, strengthens engagement, and ensures colleagues have the confidence and tools to deliver exceptional care and support.
