Director of People and Culture

As the Director of People and Culture, you will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of People and Culture within the organisation. You will work closely with the CEO, Leadership Team, Governance Team and Board of Trustees to develop a positive, inclusive and people-focused culture, while ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, performance management and people policies across the organisation. What you''ll do Lead the organisation''s People and Culture strategy, ensuring it supports our charitable purpose, organisational priorities and values. Provide strategic leadership and advice on workforce planning, recruitment, reward, employee relations, organisational development and change. Lead the development of a positive, inclusive and values-led culture, supporting employee engagement, wellbeing, learning, performance and retention.
