Director of Oversight Salary: £125,000 per annum Reports to: CEO Direct reports: Head of Scheme Oversight Location: Based at our office Harlow, Essex with some travel nationwide. Easily commutable from London Liverpool Street or Tottenham Hale Station. We offer a free minibus service to/from Harlow Town Train Station as well as free parking and EV charging on site. About the role: The role of Director of Oversight is new to the structure at Motability Foundation and is accountable for strategic relationships, most importantly the relationship with Motability Operations including scheme oversight, but also Government and devolved nations. What you will be doing: Strategy Collaborate with the Board and other Directors to drive, develop and deliver the Motability Foundation''s five-year strategy and work with the CEO in setting the oversight strategy. Accountable for setting the scheme oversight roadmap which includes the planned deep dive topics as well as the routine annual activities of oversight. Strategic Relationships Own the overall relationship with Motability Operations, in particular the MO Executive Team, and actively manage the key stakeholders. The CEO will remain accountable for the relationship with the MO CEO but you will be actively involved on a day to day basis. Collaborate with the CEO and Chair to strengthen the MF relationship with the MO Board using a stakeholder management approach.
