Director of Operations - London

My client is seeking an experienced Director of Operations with a focus on security to join their leadership team in London.

This pivotal role involves overseeing and enhancing our security operations, ensuring the protection and safety of our assets, employees, and clients.

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic security policies and procedures, managing budgets, and leading a team of security professionals.

You will collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures into overall business operations and drive continuous improvement in security protocols.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in security management and operational leadership.

This role offers a competitive salary of andpound;80,000, with an additional andpound;7,000 car allowance. An annual bonus of 20% of the salary is available, contingent on company performance.
