with a strong reputation for clinical quality, people development, and entrepreneurial growth.The RoleAs Operations Director, you’ll lead the strategic and day-to-day operations across a network of practices, working closely with practice leadership and central teams. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, shape the culture, and directly influence commercial success and clinical excellence.Key Focus AreasFinancial

– Lead commercial strategy, oversee practice performance, and embed cost-saving initiatives.Patients and Clients

– Champion clinical standards and outstanding customer service, manage escalated complaints, and support local marketing.People

– Provide visible leadership, own the region’s people plan, and coach Practice Managers and Clinical Directors.Governance
