OverviewWe’re looking for a new business sales leader to re-energise and re-strategise the go-to-market motion at a private equity–backed data and analytics business (> $100m ARR).

This is a critical leadership hire at a pivotal stage of growth. The role is about bringing clarity and focus: separating transactional vs. strategic sales, ensuring experienced reps focus on high-value opportunities, while the SDR team is fully leveraged to build a stronger outbound engine. The priority over the next three years is to improve LTV and reduce CPA in core markets. Winning quality new business that sticks, not just chasing hyper-growth at all costs.

The Opportunity

Lead an international team of 11 (5 AEs, 1 Head of New Business, 4 SDRs, 1 Head of SDR).

Re-energise a seasoned sales organisation post long-term leadership, bringing fresh direction and vision.

Redesign the sales structure into two motions: SMB (transactional, high-volume) and Enterprise (strategic, high-value).

Drive growth in core markets.

Personally support high-value, multi-stakeholder deals (£50k–£120k AOV).

Balance near-term revenue with long-term value creation across the customer lifecycle.

You’re a hands-on, inspiring leader who knows how to design a winning sales motion and energise a team. You’ve worked in complex, global environments and understand the importance of driving quality new business deals that bring high LTV and long-term retention. You can clearly communicate a vision and get teams aligned behind it.

What We’re Looking For

Track record leading segmented teams (transactional vs strategic, with strong SDR?AE handoff).

Managed international regions (UK / US / APAC).

Commercial impact: improved LTV, reduced CPA, driven retention.

Fluent in value-based selling; MEDDIC / MEDDPICC experience preferred.
