will lead the organisation’s strategic approach to place-based mental health transformation, responding to the growing national policy focus on neighbourhood working and integrated care. This includes initiatives such as the NHS Long Term Plan, 10 Year Health Plan for England, development of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, and community mental health transformation efforts.This pivotal role involves translating national policy into local delivery, shaping strategic direction in neighbourhood health, and strengthening our leadership as a trusted partner. The postholder will oversee the continued development and delivery of our Lead Accountable Body (LAB) programmes and foster high-impact, equitable partnerships across local systems.This is more than a delivery role—it’s a system leadership position. The Director will collaborate across organisational boundaries, ensuring neighbourhood health drives innovation, influence, and sustainable growth, while maintaining close coordination with policy, operations, and development teams.What We’re Looking For

As Director of Neighbourhood Health, you will provide strategic oversight of our portfolio of Lead Accountable Body programmes across Somerset, Tower Hamlets, Sheffield, and Coventry and Warwickshire. This role requires vision, leadership, and systems thinking—balancing local complexity with national policy. We seek someone who understands that true transformation occurs through collaboration, trust, and community empowerment.You will join a committed senior team working alongside leaders in service delivery, policy, fundraising, and operations.
