This is a senior strategic appointment for an established Director of Monitoring Surveying with a strong reputation across lender advisory, development monitoring and due diligence. The successful Director of Monitoring Surveying will lead major commissions for institutional lenders, investors, developers and other key stakeholders, providing high-level advice across complex development projects.
