Director of Membership and Engagement

The Role This is where our new Director of Membership and Engagement will play a pivotal leadership role. We''re looking for an experienced senior leader who knows how to build a compelling membership proposition and create an organisation that its members genuinely value. You will bring a strong track record of improving member satisfaction, engagement, retention and value, ideally within a membership organisation or professional body.
