Is passionate about Maths and a consistently good or outstanding subject teacher with experience of line management and/or leading on departmental projects or priorities;Is enthusiastic and able to demonstrate innovative and creative teaching practices, and the sharing of these with colleagues;Can work collaboratively as well as use personal initiative;Be eager to inspire and motivate students to exceed expectations;Has high aspirations for all students is passionate about learning and can contribute new and creative ideas to subject areas;Have a proven track record of achievement.What the school offers its staff
