About the role The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the EFI''s brand marketing, and student recruitment strategy across the Group. The postholder will shape EFI''s market presence, drive our consumer and commercial decisions, and ensure a strong, distinctive, and credible brand across our specialist sectors. This is a key Executive Leadership Team role, contributing to wider organisational strategy and ensuring marketing supports EFI''s mission and long-term sustainability. The role carries significant influence over EFI''s reputation, growth and external profile. You will be an exceptional leader and collaborator, capable of influencing and inspiring at all levels. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to innovation and creativity in marketing strategies, student-centred in prioritising outcomes that enhance the student experience, and results-focused in decision-making.
