What you''ll do: Provide strong, expert leadership across our Repairs and Maintenance operations, leading a culture of performance, transparency and excellence. Leading and motivating our national teams, supercharging strong operational performance. You''ll exceed customer expectations, enable lean ways of working, and effectively control costs and risks. Drive continuous improvement and excellence, including establishing a new Technical ''Surveying House'' team.
