This is a senior leadership opportunity within a well-established Part-145 maintenance organisation specialising in the overhaul, inspection and repair of aircraft components. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance and business performance while acting as the nominated CAA Part-145 Form 4 Post Holder for Production. The Role As Director of Maintenance, you will take overall responsibility for the production and operational performance of a CAA Part-145 approved maintenance facility. You will lead workshop operations, ensure full regulatory compliance, develop high-performing teams and deliver operational improvements across the business. This role carries direct accountability for ensuring all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with Part-145 regulations, approved maintenance data and the organisation''s Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
