The successful candidate will provide strong day-to-day operational leadership while maintaining a clear focus on curriculum quality, performance and learner outcomes.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Leading and managing Creative Industries curriculum provisionProviding operational leadership across the areaManaging curriculum performance, quality and improvementSupporting and developing teaching and curriculum teamsMonitoring learner outcomes, achievement and performanceEnsuring effective curriculum planning and deliveryWorking with senior leaders and curriculum teams on priorities and improvementAbout YouWe are looking for someone with:Strong Further Education leadership or curriculum management experienceA background within Creative Industries, such as Creative Media, Digital Media, Performing Arts, Art and Design, Music or related areasExperience managing curriculum teams and programmesStrong understanding of FE quality assurance and improvementExperience working in an ..... full job details .....
